The construction of new sports, recreational and service center Ranta-Kartano in Lahti is scheduled to start this year. Located conveniently right next to the lake Vesijärvi and Kisapuisto sports area the new center will provide such facilities as hotel, swimming hall, spa, parking garage and housing.

Project is being developed by Kinos Property Investment Oy and hotel operator Folks Hotels. Architecture and design by joint team of TIENO & Arkkitehtipalvelu.
